THIRTY YEARS IN THE MAKING
Bombay Deli started as a family-run shop in Hyson Green, Nottingham, in 1995. Thirty years on, the recipes are the same; the kitchen is bigger. Under Managing Director Rahul Passan, we now produce our snacks in a central kitchen built for scale, so a deli in Devon gets the same bhaji our regulars queue for on Radford Road. Authentic flavour, consistent batches, dependable supply.
