Brunch. The Bombay way.

If you are searching for a proper Desi Brunch in Nottingham, this is it. No smashed avocado, no sourdough, no apologies. Just the food our family has been cooking for three generations: hand-rolled parathas stuffed and buttered on the tava, Chole Bhature the way it is served on the streets of Punjab, and Aloo Puri that disappears faster than you can order the next round.

Bombay Deli has been feeding Nottingham since 1995, and our Desi Brunch menu is where the recipes we grew up on take centre stage. Everything is made fresh to order, portioned generously and served without fuss. Come with an appetite, bring the family, and settle in.

NOT YOUR USUAL BRUNCH

This is brunch built on butter, spice and second helpings. Parathas come straight off the tava, layered and crisp at the edges. Bhature arrives puffed and golden, ready to be torn and dipped into slow-cooked, richly spiced chole. Add crisp puris, warming curries, sweet and salty lassi poured cold, and a masala chai to finish, and you have a weekend morning done properly. Whether you are in for an early breakfast, a long lazy brunch or something closer to lunch, the kitchen is ready when you are.

THREE GENERATIONS. ONE TABLE.

Some recipes are too good not to share. Our Desi Brunch takes us back to our roots, with recipes passed down through three generations of the Bombay Deli family. Our grandmother’s recipes were passed down through the family and into our kitchen, bringing the food we grew up eating to your table. Traditional dishes. Family recipes. Big flavours.
